Service Description

Paddlers of all levels are invited to advance your paddling skills to paddle with more speed, ease and efficiency. This clinic is designed for racers and recreational paddlers who want to improve your performance and confidence on the water, and prepare for the upcoming Dam Bridge Challenge paddle race (scheduled for 9/16/23). What you'll learn: • Foundational phases of the stroke with a focus on the catch • Feathering and bracing techniques • Core and lat activation to increase efficiency, endurance and fluid speed • Buoy turns and maneuvering skills • Q&A session Board is not included. Please have your board and gear ready before the clinic starts. Leash and PFD mandatory.
